1. The service

CardLok lets you create a digital visiting card, share it, and receive enquiries. We may change or improve features. We will give notice of changes that reduce what a paid plan includes.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and two-factor codes private and for what happens under your account. Give accurate information. One person or organization per account.

3. What you publish

You confirm that everything on your card is true, that you have the right to use it, and that it does not mislead people. Doctors, insurance agents and other regulated professionals must follow the advertising rules of their professional bodies. Details marked "Self-declared" come from you. A "Verified" badge means only that the named check passed on the date shown.

4. Not allowed

Impersonation, false credentials, spam, scraping, attempts to break or overload the service, and anything unlawful. We may suspend or remove a card that breaks these terms. A removed card returns a notice and its enquiries are kept for the period in our privacy notice.

5. Paid plans

Paid plans are one-time payments for the period you choose and do not renew automatically. Prices include or exclude GST as shown at checkout. If a plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted. See the refund policy.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for what people do with the information on a card. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
