Privacy notice

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (stored only as a one-way hash), and sign-in activity.
• Card data: what you choose to publish on your card, including contact details and any numbers you submit for verification.
• Enquiries sent to you through your card: the sender's name, phone or email, message, and the time they agreed to be contacted.
• Billing data: name, address, state and GSTIN for invoices. Card and UPI details are entered on the payment provider's page and never reach us.
• Technical data: a masked network address for security, and counts of views and clicks. We do not use tracking cookies or fingerprinting.

Why we use it

To run your account and card, deliver enquiries to you, verify details you ask us to verify, take payments and issue invoices, keep the service secure, and meet legal duties.

Who sees it

Your published card is public. Enquiries go only to the card owner (and the team owner for team cards). Service providers that help us run the service (hosting, email, SMS, payments) process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted after 2 years, security logs after 90 days, and invoices for the period tax law requires. You can ask for earlier deletion.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or complain, subject to law. Write to info@shivonix.com.

When you send an enquiry you agree that the card owner may contact you about it. Your details are not shown publicly.
